Below you will find our policies relating to your use of this website, bookings, cancellations, delivery, refunds and more. If you have any questions about any of the information on this page, please contact the clinic directly.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend any of these terms, conditions and policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

By booking an appointment with The Clinic Cheshire you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions below. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Treatments at the Clinic Cheshire are strictly by appointment only. All appointments, including consultations and treatments, must be booked in advance. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

Please provide all medical history asked during the consultation or treatment appointment. The Clinic Cheshire will not be liable for damages incurred due to withheld or incorrect information or failure to follow the correct aftercare. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete medical history and disclose any conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking via your email confirmation and will be credited towards the cost of your treatment. It is usually 20% of the total appointment , although cost can vary. There is more information on deposits, below.

In the event that you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, please be aware this may result in your appointment being cancelled and forfeiting your deposit.

Consultation Fees

Consultations are £40, payable in full before you attend your appointment. This includes in depth analysis of your skin using the latest digital technology (as required) and a bespoke treatment plan with us at the Clinic Cheshire. The £40 consultation fee can be redeemed on services or skincare costing £150 or more within 3 months of the consultation date. 

Deposits

Deposits will be requested by our booking system at the time of booking the appointment. Deposits can be paid by following the email link sent or in person at clinic. If your appointment deposit has not been paid within 48 hours of booking The Clinic Cheshire reserves the right to cancel your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the clinic cancels the appointment, or at the clinic’s discretion in extenuating circumstances.

We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. This means that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. After this time your deposit or consultation fee will be lost.


For clients on a course of treatments who arrive late or fail to attend an appointment more than once or cancel outside of the cancellation policy time we reserve the right to deduct a course session from the client.

Pricing

The Clinic Cheshire reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are subject to consultation and may vary depending on the individual’s needs.


Any price quoted in your consultation will then take precedence over prices that may be quoted on this website or elsewhere.


Our fees exclude the following; (1) The correction of previous procedures or treatments not performed by The Clinic Cheshire practitioners (2) Additional treatments that are deemed above and beyond what was discussed at the initial consultation and price structure. (3) Additional prescriptions for pharmacy related medication.


Payment Terms

We accept cash, bank transfer and all major credit and debit cards. We do NOT accept cheques. Payment must be made either in advance or at the time of the procedure. All card details are stored securely off-site using our booking system Fresha in accordance with PCI compliance regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual if we believe that the requested treatment is unsuitable or unsafe for the client.

We may also refuse treatment if the client exhibits inappropriate, aggressive, or abusive behaviour towards staff or other clients.

If a treatment is refused after consultation, any deposit paid will be refunded unless refusal is due to a violation of clinic policies, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.

We strive to provide the highest standard of care and service. However, if you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a treatment, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days to discuss your concerns. We will review your case and may offer follow-up appointments/treatments or adjustments as necessary, at the discretion of the clinic.

While we make every effort to ensure the best possible outcomes for all clients, results may vary from person to person. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction with the final results of the treatment, provided all procedures were followed correctly.

Items are available for collection from our Hazel Grove clinic for free, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. 

Alternatively items will be dispatched directly from the pharmacy to your delivery address. You must be at your delivery address to receive your order, orders CANNOT be left in a safe place or delivered to a neighbour. Redelivery will be attempted once and then the products will be returned to sender.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals and any cellophane intact and unopened.

If your order has qualified for a free gift, the gift must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.

To request the return of an item please email [email protected] quoting your order number.

We regret that The Clinic Cheshire Ltd cannot reimburse return postage costs.

Please obtain proof of postage when returning your item, as we are unable to accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm their re-saleable condition we will process your refund using the payment details originally used at the checkout.
