Cryotherapy can be used for treating a wide range of skin conditions and concerns. The TargetCool device we use in The Clinic Cheshire has cooling, cryogenic technology which is utilised to treat conditions such as pigmentation, fine line and wrinkles. It can also help reduce the inflammation and itchiness associated with skin conditions like rosacea and acne.
TargetCool can also be useful to cool and numb the skin, prior to having any of our injectable treatments, such as anti-wrinkle treatments or dermal fillers. This is particularly good for anyone who is needle phobic or very sensitive to injections.

TargetCool uses a high purity CO2 filled aluminium cartridge configured to filter any potential impurities from the fastened cartridge.

This sudden reduction in temperature can significantly boost circulation around the area, including blood flow and your lymphatic system. As well as helping to reduce inflammation and promote healing, cryotherapy can also reduce the pain experienced in a particular area, similar to the effects of local anaesthetics.
Many aesthetic treatments can involve some level of discomfort and we want to minimise this where we can. TargetCool provides targeted skin cooling, proven to offer effective pain relief during procedures like anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers.
It can also be used to treat conditions such as pigmentation, acne, rosacea and other skin complaints. We offer two additional treatments using this technology combined with E50 Exosomes. These can support skin rejuvenation and minimise / reverse hair loss.
